Former Nigeria defender, Yisa Shofoluwe , and former Flying Eagles coach, James Peters, have said Watford striker, Odion Ighalo , can pick up his scoring form for the Super Eagles when the team face Egypt in their 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier later this month. The Eagles will face the Pharaohs, who are top of Group G, in a double-header on March 25 in Kaduna before heading to Alexandria for the return leg on March 29. Ighalo has been in a good form for Watford this season. He has scored 16 goals for the Hornets, helping them to cement their place in the English Premier League, which they just got promoted to. But the 26-year-old has yet to replicate the same form for the Eagles as he has scored only two goals in seven appearances for the country.
